Is there a vanishing point just like photoshop?

Hi, I'm looking for the filter vanishing point which is from photoshop, however, I didn't found what I was looking for, does anyone has something similar as vanishing point?

NOTE: This vanishing point from red ochre is not what I'm looking for.

Not everyone knows the filter Vanishing Point, from Photoshop .
And I will not look for it either .
