pipp92
i think it's quite helpful for people who just start pdn'ing but i think it was locked because it#s a little bit too easy Quote Personal Gallery

pipp92
or there is already something like that in the tutorial section... edit: and you have to learn more about paint.net and its power, before you write a tutorial.. ->you have just 23 post so yeah Quote Personal Gallery
HITMAN-X-
Number of post don't mean you know more about Paint.NET. I have seen people sign up and in less then a week have more then 100 post. The more you use Paint.NET, the more you know it. If you really want to know why your tutorial was locked, you should look here 1st viewtopic.php?f=15&t=21422 Quote DEXTUT.COM
Geertjee
Ok i agree But it`s very very good to start with Maybe a good idea to make a part where tutorials can be placed for beginners?
david.atwell
We don't send warning messages first, quite frankly because The Locking Of A Tutorial Is Not Necessarily A Bad Thing. I'm saying that very loudly and insistently because it seems to me that there's this huge preconceived notion that you're automatically less of a person by virtue of your tutorial being locked. This is not true. We lock tutorials to avoid arguments and snarky comments, not because the person is not deserving of respect. This is important for everyone to understand. When moderators lock your tutorial, we are not making a judgment call as to the quality of your tutorial. We are making a judgment on two things: (1) Whether there will be snarky, mean comments and arguments, and (2) Whether the tutorial broke any tutorial guidelines or rules. We lock it if either of those conditions are fulfilled. It's as simple as that. We're not being mean. We're enforcing and preventing. And though I wasn't the one who locked your tutorial, I'd assume that it was locked because it could easily be accomplished using another tutorial. I'm not sure, though. Please, folks. Stop complaining if your tutorial gets locked. I'm getting sick of it. Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
