I'm suspecting it's some kind of antivirus or other tool pre-installed as part of company security, but I wanted to post here in case anyone else has a solution. I'm not sure I'll be able to disable all the pre-installed tools. This is Windows 10 x64 - thanks in advance? It looks like the Paint.NET web installer is returning an error when it tries to unpack the downloaded zip file.
