Pixey
Hello @jjhung88 and welcome You could make a new layer and, using the line curve tool, go over the blue, then adjust the transparency of the white: Quote How I made Jennifer & Halle in Paint.net My Gallery | My Deviant Art "Rescuing one animal may not change the world, but for that animal their world is changed forever!" anon. Solution AndrewDavid Posted March 24, 2022 Solution Share Posted March 24, 2022 Hello @jjhung88 Another method: Duplicate image Adjust top layer to Black and White Using the magic wand, select the blue from the bottom (Background) Layer Keeping the selection active, Move to the Black and White layer and copy selection Create new layer above the Black and White layer and paste. Turn off the visibility of the B&W Layer Continue until as much as the blue disappears. repeat going to the Background layer and select any blue you still see. Eventually you should come up with this; Hope this helps
