Trying to find Plugin - Cannot remember what this plugin was called

Hello Folks!

I am back after a 13 year absence from the Paint.NET forums. A lot of things have changed in the world, but my love for Paint.NET has only grown. 

 

There used to be a plugin on Paint.NET where you can easily change the color of an image with just a few clicks. I tried to search for this plugin and I cannot find it.

 

I drew an example of what the plugin looked like. 

 

Can somebody help me find this plugin?

 

C means Color in the image below.

You can easily change the color of an image with just a few clicks of a button. Think of it as a more advanced invert feature or a quick to use curves feature.

Sounds like Ed Harvey's Color Flip/Rotate.

There is an inverter plugin called "Invert_Anything.dll" and it is reference in the Paint.net forum here:
