Recommended Posts

love the new glossies (but check your red one. you left some stray pixels, I can see where you moved it)

I really like how you added the highlights in the sweet little girls hair. makes it just seem so much more alive.

keep up the good work and have a wonderful Christmas.

(I forgot to let you know I loved the picture you sent me of the cottage, it truly does look like a Kincaid )

ciao

There! I fixed it! (I noticed it only after you told me, thanks.)

I'm happy you noticed the highlights and I like making my images coming alive if you know what I mean. I'm glad you liked my Kinkade painting, too! :D

Nice glossies you have there. Great job on the mademoiselle too. KIU!

Once thing i've noticed in most of you work is that you've feathered the edges but you still seem get some slightly aliased edges. You can get rid of this by using Alias (by Mike Ryan) first, then Feather (by BB) with True feather. Or, use Alpha mask.

I suggest you learn how to alpha mask if you don't know, as if used properly alpha mask never gives aliased edges.

Merry Christmas

Perhaps someone should make a tutorial on it. (Not me, though, I'm still learning :D)

Alpha masking tut already exists.

There are also tuts on this forum that kind of teach you how to use alpha mask too. Just gotta do a little exploring. (or search)

Merry Christmas

That's fine (about the butterfly) I think that I'll delete it. I didn't have a very good experience with it; too much going on at once. Thank you for the smilies in "awe." I can't wait till Christmas!
