Paint.Net Auto Install from Microsoft Store problems

The app auto installs and will open, but no file path is given or asked for, in other words, I can't put Paint.Net into my systems file. Since I can't "find" Paint.Net, I can't install any plug ins. I'm using Windows 10.

When you install paint.net from the Microsoft Store, plugins are installed in a different location.  Read more here:

My Paint.net installation is installed at C:programfiles\WindowsApp\dotPDNLLC.paint.net(etc). My problem is that ProgramFiles\WindowsApp does not populate, I can't find the folder to work with plugins.
