JeffRucker Posted February 19, 2022 Share Posted February 19, 2022 Hi there - I'm unable to install 4.3.8 - I've followed all the steps, including the MS tool to fix install problems. I'm trying to install on a company laptop, and I'm guessing some of the corporate safety/policy tools might be interfering with the install? I'm attaching a screenshot of the unhandled exception, and I'm going to check with with our IT department also, thanks! Love the product, keep up the good work, it's worth it! Rick Brewster Posted February 19, 2022 Share Posted February 19, 2022 It looks like the downloaded ZIP file (not the one you downloaded, the one that the installer downloads) was corrupt.
