woohoo! Posted June 8, 2006 Share Posted June 8, 2006 I downloaded the glow effect and i cant find it under the effects in paint.net i closed it and re-opened it but it still didnt work. I have extracted the files to C:/ProgramFiles/Paint.NET/Effects I tried the cmd.exe thing - i have no clue what it is but w/e - and my "Administrator" doesnt allow me doing that...what do i do?
