Back in the day, "state-of-the art" was considered lots of gears, wheels, pulleys and the occasional spring. Now, we have our laptop computers, cell phones, MP3 players, and we can't imagine life without them. Your task is to create a signature that will blow everyone away with its amazing technological advances (and maybe with a touch of art in it as well). But hosting the SOTW was originally Crazy Man Dan's job, who hasn't been very active in the field lately, so i took over momentarily for #18.
