ProjectNorilsk
I apologise if i cannot get what i want to say comprehensibly, but is there an existing plugin that colors shapes in the way demonstrated below exist? Paint.net does not have something like it on its own. It would be also extremely appreciated if i could turn off anti-aliasing.
Ego Eram Reputo
Make a selection and use Outline Selection. There is also the Inner Shadow Selection plugin which might be better for the last image. Both plugins are by BoltBait and available in his plugin pack. NinthDesertDude
You actually can turn off anti-aliasing with the two settings I circled in red. The leftmost toggles it for shapes and drawing, and the right one toggles it for selections
