[Solved]Received an error trying to install paint.net

Tried to Install Paint.net.Kept Getting this same Error.

Windows 7 Pro x64

Used Online Installer first Restarted Got this when Running the executable again

Downloaded offline installer Got this again

 

Since it was A windows update it tried to run i ran SFC My install Shows to be Problem free.

Edit: This is on a a Type1 Hypervisor with PCIe Passthrough if that could cause a problem.

Looks like it's trying to download and install the Windows 7 Platform update.

 

You can always install that separately, and then install Paint.NET afterwards.

Thank You, After an Access Denied I removed All Owners And Added Admin And System With Full Control Then it Let me install. Seems to Be Windows Related Access Control Glitch. Paint.net Installed Afterwards

Also worth noting is that you can press Ctrl+C to copy the text from the paint.net Downloader into Notepad, then you can copy+paste the URL directly. I may improve this further in later releases.
