Duplicated Plug-in Icons

Hi Everyone.

Really grateful to Rick for all his hard work for Paint.Net 4.3.

However I am rather puzzled by this strange phenomenon, the duplication of Icons in several

of my Plug-ins list, (Please see attached).

Although it does not appear to effect the running of the plug-in as such, just that there are 2 of everything.

paint.net 4.3 allows subfolders in the effect menu.

So I would check the whole Effect folder tree if there are duplicates.

Or in the case of using the Classic version paint.net you have two folders of effects in which the same plugins are placed - C:\Program Files\paint.net\Effects and ..\Docs\paint.net App Files\Effects.

You can rest the mouse over the effect in the menu to see its name and file system location. You will see that the duplicates are from different locations, which means you have installed more than 1 copy of them.

Thanks everyone for your advice.

I have only installed one version of the plug-ins though.

I will check the links in the drop down menu, and hopefully be able to

remove the duplicates.
