Corsican localization

Corsican language is now available!


Please find attached below the brand new .resx file in a zip file. It is based on the file distributed with version 4.2.16.


You can find here the installation instructions - in Corsican - about how to install the .resources file to use paint.net in this language.

The first one that isn't labeled as a "hotfix". Hopefully the next one (4.3.3).


Hotfixes have to be pushed out very fast in order to "stop the bleeding", so to speak. I can't responsibly add any additional items which could potentially cause a delay in releasing the hotfix (which is definitely the case with a translation, since it takes a little bit of time to integrate), or even introduce new bugs on its own (which isn't so likely with a new translation).
