toe_head2001 Posted August 13, 2021 Share Posted August 13, 2021 This indicates your installation of Windows doesn't know you have scanner; if Windows doesn't know about it, then paint.net can't/won't about it either. Sadz Posted August 13, 2021 Author Share Posted August 13, 2021 Thanks, I discovered this when I went to see what printer driver it was using which turned out to be the wrong driver.
