Microsoft stopped providing patches for that version back in May of this year. You need to update to a newer version of Windows 10; ideally version 21H1. Once the .exe file downloads, run the .exe file. It takes a long, long time for the update to download. The download icon will likely disappear into the hidden part of the taskbar.
