OmaruVX Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 Is it possible to change the irregular or lasso selection to rectangle selection. Depending on the furthest pixel selected from the X+, Y+, -X and -Y. Is there a certain tool to do this because it's painful to select every pixel colomn from each side. Mainly when editing multiple(duplicated) assets in the image. I will give an example using a game character. Simply B1 is the irregular or lasso selection, B2 is the result. it is not 100% perfect so i want a plugin or suggestion do to the same result but perfectly if possible. Quote
ardneh Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 Copy and paste into a new image. You can copy the new image and paste it wherever you want it. 2 Quote

MJW Posted June 16, 2021 Posted June 16, 2021 There's now a plugin to help do this: Of course, if all you want to do is to paste the selected region into a new image, @ardneh's method is easier. 1 1 Quote
