Color Palette Defaults to "Secondary"

Recommended Posts

It seems that the color picker tool defaults to selecting the secondary color (to edit), rather than the primary. This isn't that huge of a problem, but I would like to know if there is a way to change it. I know you can change lots of other defaults in the tools menu, but I can't seem to find the default color picker choice there.

If what I'm saying is confusing, here is a picture of what I'm referring to.

By default, Secondary is selected in the color picker and its a bit of a minor inconvenience, and I don't believe there is any hotkey to switch the one selected (I know you can swap colors with X, but not to swap the selected color)

With the mouse and using color picker > left click for Primary and right click for secondary :)

thanks, but that hotkey is to paint with the colors, im referring to a hotkey that swaps the selected color in regards to editing its composition if that makes sense

but i don't really care about a hotkey i kinda just want to know if you can change what it defaults do

With the Color Picker: Left click sets the Primary color. Right clicking sets the Secondary color.
