But from the perceived tone at the start "huere schmutz programm.................." which I believe, colloquially, means "Your s*** program........."  I don't think that is the best way of asking for help here, if that is indeed what you were doing.

Something about being prevented from using the program through Windows, and cash. So maybe they chose to use the Windows Store version and had a problem with it? That's my best guess.
