I have 2 layers, smaller one centered and on top of background layer. Both layers are created by Effects, Rende Clouds (basic Perlin noise). I would like to combine them in new output (layer or image) where pixles in background layer would match edge pixels of top layer. Matching would be applied across certain with in pixels.
