AlexDolmatov
Button on Layers window work correctly, but choose actions from menu don't work (not reaction). https://drive.google.com/file/d/17XUev3rqKQJ93lQI6PK0M8c7gC18vqA9/view?usp=sharing P.S. Try find similar topic - can't find.
Pixey
It's not clear from your picture what is going on. It looks like you have selected the white first layer. If that's the only layer selected, all the options in the tool bar above, will be grayed out. You need something on your layer in order for them to work. Forgive me if I've misunderstood your question. Ego Eram Reputo
Alex's video shows the layers not moving up or down when the menu item is selected. Rick Brewster
Only seems to be broken when there's only 2 layers 🤔 Quote The Paint.NET Blog: https://blog.getpaint.net/ Donations are always appreciated! https://www.getpaint.net/donate.html

Rick Brewster
Nope, not anything If the app boots up and works, repairing it should have no effect except in some ultra-rare (and only hypothetical so far) scenarios. Layer visibility doesn't seem to affect the bug either.
