pyrochild 363
It's not "selling out" unless you don't use PdN anymore, ever. Otherwise, it's just "acquiring the financial means to expand your repertoire of graphics manipulation applications." david.atwell 290
pyro's right. (To be expected; we are the same person, and all) Photoshop is a darn fine program. Very well coded and well functioned. Don't feel bad, my friend; it's not selling out. No, in fact, it's actually buying. :-P Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
oma 29
can't imagine why you say you're selling out. Just remember the learning curve was made easier for you by your use of Paint.Net. good luck at TagFlow I see its only 100 members at the moment, but you will be a fine addition to their sig making group. remember we will always love to have you come by for a visit once in awhile. 007 Nab 0
I use Photoshop at school, and yet I still hang out around here. Sure, Photoshop has some really amazing filters, and a lot of good adjustment power, but PDN is where I feel more comfortable- I feel like I have a better grasp of where I am, and where I need to go. (It could just be due to the lack of Photoshop knowledge, but PDN is where it's at for me right now) Quote "pyrochild, you're my favorite person ever. We should go snowboarding some time."~ 007 Nab. HITMAN-X- 0
You use all the tools you can in this place as it can only help you understand more. I used PS and I found it hard to use on my 1st try. Thats why I went with PDN. For what I do with image editors, PDN seems to be the best option for me.
