RicLewis
Long time user, first time poster There's a bug that commonly bites me in my workflow that repros 100% of the time. Steps: 1. Select and copy something to the clipboard within Paint.net 2. Create a new layer 3. Rename the layer 4. Attempt to paste Current: A dialog pops up, indicating that "The clipboard doesn't contain an image." Expected: Paste should work.
Rick Brewster
This is something with Vista and double clicking a text control -- it copies the text to the clipboard. Solution is to just train yourself to double-click the thumbnail instead. RicLewis
Interesting. I haven't experienced this behavior anywhere else in Vista--is there a way to disable this behavior for a text control in Vista?
Rick Brewster
I don't know. It might be a .NET thing, too. *shrug* Solution is for me to custom-render the Layers stuff, which I'm hoping to do eventually for version 4.0.
