Desertdweller1
I'm looking for a brush/tool which is essentially the pencil tool, but you can define an amount of deviation for saturation, hue and lightness. Then when using it, it paints each pixel to a random color within the ranges. Is there an addon or something that has this? LoudSilence
Recolor Tool can't do saturation, but can do hue and lightness Quote PDN Discord Server

BoltBait
Try this: Duplicate the layer you want to paint noise on. On the bottom layer of those two, use the Effects > Noise > Add Noise effect. On the top layer, "paint" using the eraser tool. When done "painting" merge the layer down. That does achieve the affect that I'm looking for, although I was hoping there might be a quicker way of doing it, allowing for more easily changing it. I do appreciate the help however. What I might end up looking into doing is creating the addon myself if it's possible. I've found your guides for getting started, but they seem to be only for custom effects, does there happen to be any guides for creating custom brushes? That is outside the scope of CodeLab and therefore outside the scope of my tutorials. Sorry. But, I'm glad I could provide a workaround. Desertdweller1
Ah! I've found what I need. In the Brush Factory addon, it has a color jitter setting which works perfectly. Thanks for all the help again
