slochin Posted September 27, 2020 Share Posted September 27, 2020 Hello Trying to reinstall Paint. Net and receiving the fatal error. I hen tried to uninstall Paint. Net from the program list and the message received was there was a problem with this installer package,program required could not be run. I then tried to download suggested The Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter to no avail. I was not sure which one I had to load so tried the three.IA64 said the app cant run on your PC check with publisher of software. Rick Brewster Posted September 27, 2020 Share Posted September 27, 2020 IA64 (Itanium 64-bit) hasn't been included since version 2006 or so. Are you sure you're using a recent version? The latest stable release is 4.2.13.
