(Solved) I/O error when trying to save any preexisting file

Recommended Posts

edit: Nevermind, I was just being dumb and not looking at the error log. Found out what the problem was in less than a minute, thanks anyway

I've seen people have issues with this before, I'm in the same situation as a lot of other people, never had this before and I don't know what to do. The fixes I've seen either only work temporairly (save as a different file), are too expensive (get a new hard drive because apparently this could happen with a faulty hdd which makes no sense because I haven't even had this computer for more than a week) or just don't work (update to 4.2.13, which i am on and didn't fix it.)

edit: No, it isn't even a big file, it's just 310x310 and 150x150 images.

This is the log;

Application version: paint.net 4.2.13
