How do I make my images transparent?

How do I make my images transparent? As in i can see a bit through it.

1.  You can either lower the transparency in the layers window > found by clicking on the Properties.

2. Or you could use @BoltBait,s Transparency Plugin found in his pack here.

You can make your pictures transparent by:

1. Creating an layer & deleting the 1st layer
2. Selecting a part of the picture and deleting it using the delete button.
3. Clicking on the layer setting button and set the slider how you want it to be.

These are the natrual ways to make transparency. There could be more ways using plugins.

Remember to save your image in a format that supports transparency (like *.PNG, JPG's do not).
