Hello everybody. I'm new here and therefore don't know my way around yet. my question is, i want to illuminate something in a picture or represent it in a cone of light. how does it work? I've already looked under the light cone but found nothing. thank you for your help. like in this picture.

Hello @tomleon and Welcome :)

Sorry, but our rules are that we speak English on the forum, so I have translated for you.

We have a tutorial for that.  The downloadable PDF still has images for you to follow the instructions.

There is also this tutorial:

@tomleon If you can't speak English, please use Google to translate before you post here:

https://www.google.com/search?q=german+to+english&rlz=1C1GYPO_enUS829US829&oq=german+to+english&aqs=chrome.0.69i59j0l7.4968j0j4&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

There is no .dll required with the PDF tutorial.

For the video tutorial you will need:

Power Stretch     Zoom Blur Deluxe     Perspective    Blend Mode Plus     Trail

You must download the Zip files and move the .dll's to The Effects Folder in the Paint.net Folder.  How to download Plugins.
