MitchG
The main thing I miss about using Photo$$$$$hop is the unique artistry of its "oil paint" filter, which blows away the paint filters in other programs. The nearest equivalent is Prisma. I recall long ago hearing this was the result of using "optical flow." I just looked into this and found an article that provides pseudocode for this: "Flow-Centric Painterly Rendering." Maybe someone much smarter than me can give us a plugin??https://pdfs.semanticscholar.org/94db/b7a871d958ffe6a5267e6c65570cf1ad76f3.pdf
Reptillian
Have a look at gmic-qt plugin and see artistic section. 1 Quote G'MIC Filter Developer I am away from this forum for undetermined amount of time: If you really need anything related to my PDN plugin or my G'MIC filter within G'MIC plugin, then you can contact me via Paint.NET discord, and mention me.
