it would be appreciated if someone give me the tips creating background for a webpage like this

although i can create little bit like this, but the area in the web page is more than the image i create in paint.net.

how can I make it fixed in entire desired area??

Edit: i had to upload it to mediafire because the image size would be resized in photobucket. hope this is what you were asking for...

it is the exact size as the background image, sorry you have to download it though instead of just viewing it.

if you want to know how i made this image, you can just add another post and i will try and help you out.
