alright, i need help on how to take the flag out of this photo and put in on top of a back ground or a reder thing, how do i do that? thank you for all the help. :?:

you've picked a piture that's pretty easy this time around set your tolerance at 31% and use the wand tool and hit a portion of that white ouline around the flag. hit sissors tool up top line and then you have a flag cut out you only need to erase out the surrounds. for more difficult pictures you should use search as there is a great tutorial about cutting out images the easy way.

after his video loads look along the top see file, edit, view etc. click layers. that is what you need to know about. before you continue

I'd suggest you look at the whole video as well its excellent and will get you off to a great start using this program
