BoltBait Posted May 7, 2020 Share Posted May 7, 2020 Paint.NET is an RGB editor. It allows you to choose colors based on the HSV color space as a convenience. However, it is not an HSV editor. There is no direct exact conversion between HSV and RGB color spaces. Therefore, if you choose a color by HSV you might be off by one the next time you use that color. This is a normal thing.
