DLCooper52 Posted May 1, 2020 Share Posted May 1, 2020 I long used Acquire successfully. Now suddenly the menu choice of From Printer/Scanner is grayed out and unusable. I see nothing in Settings that seems to apply to this. A thorough removal of Paint.net and a fresh download does not resolve my problem and I'm stuck. I'd be quite grateful for any assistance. --D. Rick Brewster Posted May 1, 2020 Share Posted May 1, 2020 This is usually due to the scanner, or it's driver. Sometimes a reboot fixes it up.
