I am wanting to place clip art on a photo using paint.net bu the checkerboard background of the transparent image is visible. https://imgur.com/gallery/2fpkbI5 As you can see I added it to a new layer, I do not know what else I am supposed to do. toe_head2001 Posted April 30, 2020 Share Posted April 30, 2020 That checkerboard pattern is part of the pasted clipart image. i.e. the image doesn't really have a transparent background.
