How To do this text highlighting

OK here is an image from a friend of mine that he made into a sticker for WhatsApp, you will see that the TEXT is like idk highlighted in a way that makes it more readable, my question is how do I do this myself on images that I can create?

You just write the text in a new layer above the background or background picture.

 

Then use BoltBait's Outline Object plugin.

Sorry Chum. the image that you have posted is too small to offer any advice.   Please note that  'readable' and 'legible' are often mis-used.
