Cowboy
I have a small issue with Paint.NET For some reason, a large amount of fonts have a yellow triangle error symbol. When I try loading said fonts, they do not appear properly. This is just a few fonts out of a VERY long list. Any solutions for this? HyReZ
You need to install the current Windows updates and update your graphics drivers?
Pixey
Hi @Cowboy and Welcome to the forum Please try this: Go to the Fonts folder on your OS - navigate to the Fonts in question, which will probably be UN-highlited. Right click on the font and choose Show. 1 Quote How I made Jennifer & Halle in Paint.net My Gallery | My Deviant Art "Rescuing one animal may not change the world, but for that animal their world is changed forever!" anon. IHaveNoName
Thanks Pixey for that information. It made me look into the reason why Windows OS hide some fonts and it is simply because they may contain characters "......not designed for your input language settings..............only fonts that are designed for your language settings will be listed in your programs.". You learn something new every day. In Win7 and I'd assume Win10 too, but probably a different path, if you go to the Control Panel > Appearance > Fonts > Change Font Settings you can untick the entire hidden fonts option so they'll all appear. Rick Brewster
As long as the fonts have worked in Paint.NET in the past, this shouldn't be happening. This seems to get reported every so once in awhile ... have you tried rebooting recently? Especially if you're using the version from the Microsoft Store. It seems to be a bug in the sandboxing/virtualization that Store apps are contained within. 1 Quote The Paint.NET Blog: https://blog.getpaint.net/ Donations are always appreciated! https://www.getpaint.net/donate.html
