Every user gets the program in English, even if the user has a different language, e.g. German (which is set in the Windows display language). The user can change the language in the settings, but it would be nice if this would be done automatically. Rick Brewster Posted February 24, 2020 Share Posted February 24, 2020 Try deleting the "UI/Language" registry key in HKLM\SOFTWARE\paint.net\. The HKCU key has precedence over HKLM, which means you can establish a system-wide default but then each user can change it to their liking.
