Hey, just joined! Was originally planning to join a while back while downloading some plugins, but the registration forms were disabled at the time (presumably due to SPAM) so I just managed to register today.

Just a few quick notes about me:

-A newbie, not a n00b.

-Nintendo/SEGA lover.

-Super strong believer in free stuff.

-Uh, I'm a huge procrastinator/very lazy/forget stuff REALLY fast.

-I *think* I read the rules.. It seemed very.. Strict, to say the least.

Also, I'm pretty sure that the post icon I used actually means something else but it looks cool so bleh.. :|

Most people are astounded by my age when I tell them I'm only 15.. :/

Well, thing is, I'm tryin to extract all these .pngs from these AWESOME photoshop brushes I get from DA etc. but the only problem is, improting them into the actual program as a brush using that add-on is really REALLY tedious work, as there is no "select all" option. However, I am planning on submitting just about everything I have on DA to here, as all my early stuff was done in Paint.NET with-(get this) no add ons! I had not been as computer-savvy as I am now and didn't know how to install them/didn't even know this place existed XD. So I should be getting some stuff up soon.. Thanks for the warm welcome.

Presuming you mean ABRViewer, when you select "export thumbnails" you can select a folder and it will export them to it.

Hello folks,

I've had PDN for a couple months, made the first piece of work that I actually saved today ( my sig ), I've read the rules, Browsed the forums and Tuts till my eyes bled, and really *really* wish I had some natural ability. ah well, such is life! There are so many talented and helpful folks here it blows me away that its all based on a free program. Paint.net - and you folks - are all awesome!

Welcome Misanthrope! I like your sig. :) The ability will come in time. It took me awhile before I got the hang of it, and sometimes it amazing me I can actually make things. lol Good luck and keep trying! The tuts are definitely a good starting point.

I see you watching me Dan!!!

Ok , I'm guilty for not coming here first . Then not properly reading the rules and lastly I messed up in the Pictorium thread with the signature questions . So for that I apologize  but my name is Patty and I've been looking for a place where I can do some cool photo editing and stumbled on to this place . I've looked over the many tutorials and even downloaded some cool plug ins and I am very impressed by everyone's work , I'm in awe with you all . Thank you :D

hi. My sister is the graphic person...that was her degree in college. I graduated in culinary arts and business  I suck at computers, but I'm having fun learning. I haven't been on in a while. The sad thing is, when I learn new stuff, I have no purpose for that knowledge, nowhere to use it :( So then I forget.... anyway :D There's lots to learn here. I just have to say, I see some posts where people, especially in the newbie playground tuts tell people their tuts are too simple. To them, I say: some of us need SIMPLE and are a little....slow at this ;)
