HyReZ Posted February 5, 2020 Share Posted February 5, 2020 (edited) You have to see for yourself. I am using some plugin packs from 2008 and most still work just fine in Paint.NET 4.2.9. If a plugin doesn't work it will halt the system and give you a report and you can visit the Program Files>paint.net>Effects folder and removed it. So save your work periodically so if there is a halt or crash you wont have to start from the beginning.
