tome10
My Aunte wants to have a picture which is 640x427 pixels into a 11" x 14" canvas. I know I can simply enlarge this picture, but is there any way to actually increase the resolution, or doctor the image to look better? Perhaps a plugin that can make some tweaks so it isn't so grainy? Thanks
BoltBait
It is impossible to get detail out of an image with no detail. Sorry. Quote Download: BoltBait's Plugin Pack | CodeLab | and a Free Computer Dominos Game

There is machine-learning approach to this problem though. I saw something where you assign a reference image to a smaller image, and then you enlarge a image, and the result looks a bit more believable. I don't remember where I can find it, but it's somewhere in a discuss.pixls.us thread and it's about scaling.
