johnramos
Microsoft makes a small thing a big hassle...I purchased the program, there was a button to install it, I clicked it, it's not installed, no PAINT.NET folder... I have some dll's to put in the folder but no place to put them.. See the pic, this is all I get, it never completes. ?? There are special instructions for installing plugins in this case: https://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/InstallPlugins.html#4 Edited November 22, 2019 by toe_head2001 typo (June 9th, 2023) Sorry about any broken images in my posts. johnramos
Since I paid for the program is there a way to get the actual program to install? Or is this like a Github kit? Edited November 22, 2019 by johnramos
toe_head2001
You need to install it from the Microsoft Store program. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4479732/get-apps-from-microsoft-store-on-windows-10-pc If you don't use Windows 10, then you won't be able to install it. toe_head2001
Yes, it is installed locally in your computer. As I said earlier, you won't be able to access a program folder for software that's installed via the Microsoft store. We have also given you instructions for installing plugins in this case. You have the information you need. Locked. (June 9th, 2023) Sorry about any broken images in my posts. I am aware of the issue.
