cookie cutters for paint net

I downloaded the trial version of adobe photoshop elements and liked using the cookie cutters where I could cut out all sorts of shapes from my own backing paper with the design of the paper on the shape, is there any way I could make cookie cutters for the paint net program and how would I go about making them.

All suggestions appreciated.

if you wanta try and make a cookie cuter plugin try the Plugin Developer's Central forum to see what you need to make one. but u can allways draw the shape u want on a new layer use magic wand on it click the background layer and cut it out. This way lets you make any shape you want. With cookie cuters you only get a few diffrient ones.
