david.atwell
Yeah, it works just fine. The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
becauseiwantedto
I don't understand this... I've updated the effects by redownloading and replacing the files, but nothing is working! I get all the effects besides Polar Inversion Plus, which I need for a project I'm working on. Can someone help? Or do other people have this problem? Changed the text in the signature yay! PDN gallery!
Ed Harvey
sorry for the slow reply - I've been away on a thoroughly undeserved holiday PolarInversionPlus is no longer in the effects package - I forgot this and accidentally included it when writing the effects list... my bad  We integrated most of the functionality of the original effect into the built-in Polar Inversion effect in Paint.Net v3.30 (last April, I think). If you need the original for the additional options in the 'Edge Behavior' list then you can find it in the Ed Harvey Effects Archive. If you do not need one of these specialised options, then Polar Inversion will fill your requirements just fine.

Pullum
Can someone explain the halftone? I can't seem to get it to look like the original example. ( where it fades to smaller dots)

FLNagle
Thank you SO MUCH for making these effects. The only one I've used so far is the half tone effect, but just that one has completely added an entire other dimension to what I can design for a screen print. You rock! Check out mah band! mmm
Hey Ed, I was just wondering how you got the seismograph to go vertical and horizontal like that with the clouds. Sorry if I sound like a noob, because I am one I'm with Jason--I can't figure out how to use the seismograph with clouds to produce Any hints would be greatly appreciated. I tried using different layers, and rotating the clouds, rotating the seismograph, changing blend modes, in different combinations, but couldn't come up with it. The closest I got was 1. On a white background, render clouds. 2. Set the blending mode to Screen, and duplicate the layer twice. 3. Apply seismograph (default settings) to the top layer. 4. Rotate the top layer 90 degrees. 5. Apply seismograph (default settings) to the middle layer. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks, mmm

Birukoff
Download link still doesn't work. Can anyone finally make another mirror for this package? I've been trying to get it for few months already, without any success! "www.komplex.com.au cannot be found" error, doesn't matter what browser or download manager I use. Maybe it filters out certain countries IPs?
gingerfreak
Nice, thanks! Got a 'TV capture' type of image using Seismograph, with Line Spacing = 4, Line Width = 2.48, Segment size = 1, Deflection= -0.05 (resized to about 75% cos it was too big).
