Nice concept - two bits of critique - my daughters words were, "Where's her arm gone" 

I'd have to agree ... it draws your eye to that straight away.  Maybe changing the drop shadow will alter that.   The way you've done it makes the lighting look wrong.

Personally I'd look at the light hitting her face/ the shadow under arm and then have the shadow broader on the left and at the top

As for your picture here, I would have composed the Text more to the right, so that it didn't interfere with the girl's body 😉
