How to use photoshop “styles”

Hello @amdcrash and Welcome :)

 

Yes, you can open it in Paint.net.  First you will need to download this Plugin:

 

 

And here are the instructions on adding Plugins here.

 

After unzipping the styles you can then open it in PDN.

 

1.  Navigate to the folder where you saved it.

2.  Then go to Open and choose the .psd which will open up in a number of layers.

Unfortunately you're going to find it's one of those files that doesn't  open properly in PDN

You could do these tutorials and/or play with the gradient tool to replicate the missing parts

Color Picker Tool and Rounded Rectangle will be your friend
