Find plugin to merge each of layers to background

I found a basic background and created a lot of layers basing on it. Now I try to merge each of layers to that basic background and get the output with PNG file type but it's too much for doing with normal way. Anyone know how to get around this annoying problem?  I appreciate any idea.

 

PS: Sorry if I didn't make it clear. Example: 10 layers (layer 1, layer 2, layer 3...) and one background. I need the outputs with layer 1+background, layer 2+background, ... It does the same with the rest.

Click on the menu on  Image> Flatten

Ctrl +  Shift + C (copy merged - copies all visible layers in one go)

Ctrl + Alt + V (paste into a new layer)

Ctrl + Shift + S (save as)

Thank you. It worked but It's still slow. Waiting for solution with automatic plugin. How could I do it with 30 layers, I kept getting confused all the time.

Open your image and setup your layer names according to this plugin:

This allows you to have a static background image and apply each layer in turn to create an animated gif.

 

Save as an animated image even if your individual frames don't make sense as an animation.

 

Load your animated image using this plugin.

 

Now each layer has a single layer combined with the static background.

 

Finally, use this plugin to export all layers as separate files:

Once you unzip the resulting file, I think you'll have what you want.

PS: I am not sure why you suggest to me Step 2. ( https://forums.getpaint.net/topic/13454-animated-image-24-agif-apng/ ) . I think that Step 1+ Step 3 are good enough. Anyway, many thanks for your help.

I wasn't sure as I had never done this myself. I was just typing up the steps without actually doing them.  I will edit my suggestions above.
