Automatic Processes - Generate a Legend for a Map

Again, I'm new here, sorry if this is redundant but I can't find the answer anywhere on youtube or the forums.

 

Is there a way to create a shortcut where you "click a button" and a white Text Box Appears that has various "editable" preselected verbiage?

 

I create maps for work and don't want to bother starting from scratch to create a legend each time for the map. 

 

Any assistance is much appreciated.
