Is there a dds plugin to read and save dds files

SO I was planning on making an x-plane 11 dds file by editing the other plane liveries, I made a ridiculous livery and decided to save it, little did I know that it had to be dds, I have no idea but it didn't work obviously because it wasn't dds, Is there a plugin that saves in dds with many more options than paint.net already has?

 

If this thread didn't make sense it's because I need my chicken tendies from my good boy points.
