Need Help Cleaning An Image

My father sent me an image and asked me to clean it up for him by removing the jagged edges and excess pixelation. I'm not quite sure what to use on Paint.net to do this. Any suggestions? I have attached the image to show what I am working with.

Cleaning up the design would probably take as much time as doing it over.
The design is simple enough and you can use the design as a  guide layer to build on top of!

Many elements of the design can be located with a Google image search; if you  are not keen on creating graphics.

The font looks similar to Cooper or Coolsville.

Hi @Zuhan and Welcome

 

You could try to remove the white background - Magic Wand the White and then hit delete.  Then use the AA's Assistant Plugin a couple of times.

 

Also, you could start from scratch and make it over in Paint.net.  All you will need is a skull image of your choice and save it before you begin.  I made a quick video of how to do this.  I made a few mistakes capturing it, as I thought I'd reduced the canvas size of my desktop   Also, I forgot to check which music was playing and hope it's not too risque for the forum

Yo, that legit lol. I'm still a little new to paint.net and learning as I go. What plugins do you have that you used for it?

The obviously very rough edges around the skull outline and the lesser problem with the text edges have been improved/cleaned up very effectively. Yes,  good job.
