Dirk67
Hello, just a short question: is it possible to view and edit very big png files (dimension more than 65535×65535px @ 8 bit colour depth) here are some examples (not from me), --> https://alexandre.alapetite.fr/doc-alex/large-image/index.en.html and I can open these without a problem with IrfanView (on a Win10 64bit machine with 128GB RAM) but I can not open these in paint.net ... Rick Brewster
65535 x 65535 is the theoretical max for Paint.NET right now, but performance is not good at that size, and not everything works correctly. Reptillian
Wouldn't libvips be more suitable here? I have created big images with Photoshop, but even there it struggles with humougous images. Quote G'MIC Filter Developer I am away from this forum for undetermined amount of time: If you really need anything related to my PDN plugin or my G'MIC filter within G'MIC plugin, then you can contact me via Paint.NET discord, and mention me.
